I am currently recruiting for a 1st Line Technical Support role required for a company based in Wigan. This company are known to retain, look after and progress their staff. Initially a 3 month temporary contract which is very likely to be extended. High chance of permanent employment for the right candidate.
Full time - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. 30 minute lunch break and x2 10 minute breaks per day.
After full training there is an opportunity for the candidate to work from home for 2 days per week.
Duties will include taking general queries from customers, acting as first point of contact and dealing with any 1st line technical queries and passing on any more technical queries to the 2nd or 3rd line support.
