We have an excellent opportunity for someone to work within our Clients' fast paced, friendly IT Solutions Company. The successful candidate will provide technical support services to SMEs throughout the UK and Internationally on I.T and telecoms products and services.
This position will involve managing phone calls, live chat and working within their ticketing system for their large client base.
The core solutions include, but are not limited to Windows Server platforms 2008+, Hyper-V, general networking and desktop support.
Requirement includes a high attention to detail, good organisation and ability to work as part of a team.
The successful applicant will work with the existing team to ensure that SLA s are met, you will be able to prioritise tickets, and escalate to more senior engineers when required.
Technologies you must have experience with:
Microsoft Operating Systems (desktop and server 2008 - 2016)
Office 365
Hyper-V
Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP etc.
Networking - LAN, Security, Switching
Anti-Virus platforms - Sophos
Backup solutions (Various)
Replication and DR Systems

The Role:
You will provide technical support from our primary base in Steyning between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm.
An excellent telephone manner is essential, site work will be part of the position - you must be smart and presentable
The successful applicant will be someone who has good experience in solving I.T related problems with at least 2 years in a similar position
Microsoft qualifications are beneficial although not a necessity. Training/Support will be provided; however, in order to be successful in this role, self-learning is essential.
37.5 hours per week
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
You must have a full UK driving license (clean) and your own vehicle
