2nd Line Service Desk Support Public Sector Project Contract RoleA Government organisation are in the initial phases of a large digital transformation in which they are looking to move away from on prem legacy systems into a Microsoft native cloud environment. You will be required to provide support to senior engineers and wider IT teams.
  • Inside IR35 Contract
  • 3 Month Rolling Contract (2 Year Project)
  • Fully Remote Working
  • £375 per day
  • Minimum BPSS clearance is essential (SC is Preferred)
Required Skills Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years industry IT experience
  • Demonstrate ability to Troubleshoot and remediate 2nd line tickets and requests
  • Hands on experience working on a Cloud implementation project with technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Intune, SharePoint and Teams
  • Demonstrate prior experience managing incidents, requests and full ticket lifecycle
  • Prior experience working in the public sector is highly desirable.
  • Be able to provide administrative skills to support wider IT teams and work streams.
