Edward Mann are currently partnered with a Property business in Central London who require an immediately available Accounts Payable Clerk on a temp to perm basis. This is initially a 2 month contract to help with a backlog of purchase invoices, with a potential for extension. The role is a hybrid opportuntiy with 2 days per week in their office near Chancery Lane.
Daily responsibilities
-Processing of purchase invoices
-Supplier statement reconciliations
-Assisting with complex invoicing queries/disputes
-Assist with journals / month end
-Ad hoc admin as required
Experience required
-Experience in Accounts Payable is key (1-2 years ideally)
-Sage 50 experience is highly advantageous
-Candidates must be immediately available / max 1 week notice period
