We are currently seeking an Achievements Administrator to join our administration team in supporting the achievements departments of Qualifications, Membership, Awards and Events, and be responsible for processing delegate bookings/award entries, memberships, orders and credits, being the first point on contact for enquiries and supporting services quickly and accurately, along with packing equipment for on-site use. Provide support at events and award ceremonies.

This is a demanding role that requires flexibility and a strong teamwork ethic. Previous experience in a high volume, deadline-driven administration environment is essential along with the ability to work quickly and accurately to targets and deadlines, whilst maintaining good relationships with RoSPA clients and suppliers.

Confident, polite and professional,

organised with a proven track record in administration,

able to communicate at all levels effectively,

educated to GCSE or equivalent (preferably with grades A-C in Maths and English),

able to complete tasks with a high attention to detail,

IT literate to a high standard.
