Our prestigious client is looking for a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join their busy team on a full time, permanent basis, based in Aviemore.

Main Duties

Raising works orders

Raising and issuing Purchase Orders

Advising customers on product availability and delivery

Communicating with Accounts department to resolve any issues

Arranging transport to ensure delivery of products

Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors

Desirable Attributes

Previous experience working in a busy office

Excellent organisational skills

Customer focused

Experience dealing with invoices and purchase orders would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided

Previous experience of working within a Manufacturing department would be desirable
