Description / Requirements:
The Administrator will also assist the Team Leader in running jeopardy management reports to ensure that all KPI's/SLAs are met.
Deliver performance to set Client KPIs/SLAs
Validate estimates received by Openreach
Ensure all escalations received by Openreach are responded to in the required timescales
Ensure all systems are updated in a timely manner with the correct information
Run Jeopardy management reports
Chase relevant stakeholders for updates and escalate if necessary
Any other reasonable request as determined by management
