Office Administrator - 100% office based -Billericay
9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
My client is seeking an organised and efficient Administrator who can process and manage invoicing along with various administrative duties
Dealing with staff timesheets, checking them for accuracy
Obtaining receipts and recording them against credit card expenses
Needs to be able to work with Excel to good standard
Answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
Monitoring business emails and responding.
Recording jobs on system after advising Managers and Engineers.
Updating professionals' diaries
Assisting with accounts duties
Need to be able to adapt to various situations using own initiative but keeping Managers and team always informed.
Arranging any training required for staff and keeping records up to date
Keeping Holiday, Personnel Records, Health and Safety records up to date
Needs to be up to date with GDPR
Typing up quotes and sending out on behalf of Managers.
