KEY ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR
£20-25,000 PER ANNUM DOE
37 hours a week
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Key Account Support Administrator to join a successful and established company based in Aylesford.
This is a great role where you will supply great services support and admin to specific accounts.
Hours of work Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm. (with early finish on a Friday!)
Providing and exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls and answering inbound emails
Processing of completion reports
Work closely with the operations team to co-ordinate responses to breakdown calls
Liaise with customer on all planned works
Providing contract administration to the whole team
Maintaining the client management system
Answering any queries from clients
The successful candidate will have:
Experience within customer service
Confident and professional telephone manner
Highly organised, with the ability to juggle lots of tasks
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational skills
