Breeze Motor Group currently have fantastic opportunity for a full time Aftersales Administrator to join our Commercial Vehicles team in Poole. This is a multi-faceted role which covers warranty, workshop control and service administration, therefore experience within these areas is essential. Main duties include.

  • Maintain agreed profit margin and return on investment by efficiently controlling stocks, assets and all financial transactions.
  • Achieve and strive to exceed all targets through an efficient workshop operation.
  • Maintain quality control on all repairs
  • Formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum sale of parts and labour.
  • Ensure correct allocation and maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the workshop.
  • Ensure the workshop achieves budget objectives by allocating work to the appropriate skill set
  • Ensure all health & safety legislation and internal procedures are followed.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues & customers updating state of repairs
  • Ability to confidently speak with customers in any given scenario including complaints.
  • Demonstrate a Can Do attitude at all times
  • Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis
  • Monitor daily and weekly reports
  • Administer warranty policy in the best interest of Breeze, the manufacturer and the customer aiming for profitability and efficiency
  • Maintain records of warranty submissions and customer contributions towards goodwill claims
  • Liaise with the parts department to ensure all parts replaced under warranty are retained for the correct period of time, are labelled and made available to manufacture on request.
  • Undertake other tasks as requested by the General Aftersales Manager

  • Computer skills essential
  • Knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given
  • Ability to use own initiative and multi-task
  • Possess exceptional organisational skills and a very good memory
