Full time, Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 4.00, £390 per week PAYE - No umbrella companies, you are paid how every worker should be.

5-11 aged students, all with very challenging behaviour
Some anti-social behaviour that will take getting used to, this is all part of the role when aiding society's most vulnerable children. All training and support provided by the school with their excellent training system
Number of Therapies introduced and holistic processes, a little progress is a cause for success
Verbal, nonverbal students, focus on social anxiety that runs adjacent with some of the student's autism
primary and secondary aged students with levels of learning well below their stated age
Positive engagement, giving the children a sense of acceptance, talking therapy will not always work here so different approaches required
Academically, many of the students are very capable, it's a case of channelling where the children excel, and understanding there will be setbacks across the course of a year
Giving the students objectives through key and personal skill
OTs, Speech and Languages deployed in school, combined with the holistic and CBTs
