- Providing timesheet support to fee earners in both the London and the Leeds offices using a web-based time and expense entry system
- Running reports in SAGE 200
- Assisting with monthly WIP (Work in progress) and invoicing actions such as raising draft and final invoices, transferring of time, write offs and credit notes
- Updating finance spreadsheets and client/project records
- Ensuring accurate records are kept
- Filling the Accounts Co-ordinator - Billings role during absence.
- Assisting the Accounts co-ordinators in the Billing team with ad-hoc queries.
- Assisting the Finance team in other areas required.

- Bright personality, with a positive 'can do' attitude and ability to work as part of a team but with the ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility where necessary.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times. Handling sensitive matters diplomatically and discreetly.
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands.
- Well rounded interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
