The successful Customer Service Advisor will be joining a high performing team with hot leads provided. Alongside your team of experienced Customer Service advisor colleagues, you'll work in a fast-paced environment that truly rewards high performers well in terms of financial recompense and additional rewards and benefits. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will work 40 hours per week on a flexible shift basis.
- You will be qualifying customers for equity release products, using conversation & relationship building skills to establish the very best outcome for each customer.
- You will be the first point of contact for the customer & will be required to carry out an initial fact find & then pass the details over to a qualified advisor.
- The ideal candidate will have some experience in a similar environment and/or outbound calling, be hardworking and able to manage high volumes of work in a busy and fast paced environment.
