Call Handler/Customer Service Representatives Required
We have one new position outstanding, to join our new call centre
Great location with plenty of public transport links.

Relaxed working environment dealing with outbound phone enquiries.
Temp to perm contract after 12 week probationary period.
Starting rate of £10.00 per hour, this will increase when permanent
Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 10am to 6pm, Friday 10am to 2pm (32 hours per week)
1 hour break

Area: M40
Criteria:
Excellent customer service skills
Enjoy speaking with customers via telephone communication
Clear and professional phone manner (essential)
Basic admin skills to navigate their bespoke computer system
What happens after 12 weeks:
Employment contract
32 hours per week guaranteed
35 days holidays per year, plus bank holidays
