Provide specialist Palliative/ End of life care and support to patients in Hospice.
Our client is a passionate, patient focused Hospice in the Greater Manchester Area their Inpatient unit provides specialist palliative care to adults diagnosed with any life-limiting illness, supporting patients and families through individual assessment and the delivery of specialist nursing and medical care.
They are dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care and support to patients and their families.
We are looking to recruit the equivalent of 2 full time Nurses to cover maternity leave. We can offer full our part time hours as well as ad hock bank work.
Have a minimum of 6 months experience within a Nursing Home, Hospital or Hospice within the last 2 years
