Signature Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a national IT Services provider who recognise the value you can add to their company, whilst you gain some office-based experience to add to your CV.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and projects team including reporting
- Answer inbound calls from clients regarding delivery and billing
- Deal with basic queries from clients and escalate more complicated queries to the sales team
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
- Ordering supplies and coordinating delivery of parts and labour for smaller projects
- Previous experience in an office based, administrative role
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work to multiple tight deadlines
This role will be a combination of customer service and administrative duties. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be switched on, ambitious and have excellent communication!
This is a full time temporary role.
Working Monday to Friday (9am - 5:30pm) the hourly rate is up to £11.28/hr (equivilant of £22,000 per annum) plus holiday pay and onsite parking is available.
