Collections Agent required for an outstanding financial lender based in Cheadle

Fantastic Opportunity to develop experience within the property finance market working in the Collections Team as a Customer Account Executive.

Salary: £26,000 per annum + £2k fuel allowance, plus performance bonus & lots of company benefits.

Working Hours: Full-time (09:00am-17:30pm)

Permanent Role

Office Based (Cheadle, SK8 3GW)

Great basic of £26,000 + Fuel allowance of £2k

Responsibilities:

Present a professional image of the company to deliver positive customer experience

Be clear and transparent in all communication with customers to ensure they understand the current situation to demonstrate TCF principles

Responsible for working in adherence to all policies and procedures to deliver compliant customer outcomes

Constantly strive to improve the customer experience by challenging existing processes and practices

Recommending change where appropriate.

Ensure the most appropriate support is provided

Accurately record any complaints received from customers and achieve first time resolution

Responsible for identifying and reporting any incidents of breaches of operational processes and policies

Prepare documents on all approved recovery action cases for our third-party panel to produce an accurate court file that will reduce potential errors

Accurately complete and instruct receivership appointments on appropriate cases

Monitor and manage the pending litigation and receivership cases ensuring key dates are recorded

Develop an effective working relationship with third party panel members to ensure an efficient service is provided
