Commercial Plumber.
An Electrical contractor specialising in full electrical installations and temporary electrical and mechanical site services established for over 40 years with offices nationwide have a key requirement for an experienced commercial plumber with site temps' knowledge to further grow their London team.
As a business they are already well established with Tier 1 construction contractors such as Mace, Skanska, Kier etc
The successful commercial plumber
Commercial plumber will be carrying out Maintenance and Installations on large sites around central London.
Commercial plumber will be Connecting pipe work for site welfare provisions, shower and washrooms, WC's, Kitchens and porta cabins.
Commercial plumber will be to run plastic pipe and some copper and connect to mains. 15mm, 22mm, 40mm and 110mm pipe work.
Commercial plumber will also be required to carry out maintenance work, i.e., repairing any leaks.
Commercial plumber will be paid £40K -£42K basic salary dependant on experience + van + holiday - working a 45 hr week
The commercial plumber must
Commercial plumber must have level 3 plumbing and blue cscs
Commercial plumber must hold a full UK driving licence
Commercial plumber must be within a commutable distance to London
Commercial plumber must have temporary installation experience
