Connections Advisor: Cardiff
Pay rate: £12.26 p/h
Location: First 4 weeks Cardiff only, then 2 days homeworking and 3 days office working
This role is as part of the connections team. It is not a high-volume call centre role but requires more listening, problem-solving, liaising with other internal and external departments to resolve customer connection issues and applications.
Be the initial point of contact for queries via telephone, email
Process connection applications
Liaise with external organisations and internal departments to process applications
Keep customers updated of progress
Send out quotes
Proactive in dealing with each case
Good note taking and attention to detail to enable quotes to be accurate
Excellent communication skills in dealing with external and internal departments as well as customers
This is an ongoing temp role with opportunities to work partially from home.
