Day to day
Your role as Contract Manager will be to manage material B2B2C customer agreements through contract negotiation, delivery, in-life and renewal or exit
You'll act as the first point of contact to support to the effective management and administration of the agreements entered into and to be a key interface with customers
Plus ensure the wider business and operating teams are clear on all contractual obligations and our position against these is understood and managed by respective teams
Lastly you'll regularly review performance against the Wholesale B2B2C agreements internally and with Wholesale B2B2C customers & produce and manage appropriate contract reporting.
Who are you and what is your likely background?
The successful candidate will have a background that is familiar with how the B2B telecoms ISP space works.
Plus a proven track record of managing complex and material customer agreements
