The Role:
Providing excellent customer service via telephone as well as email
Build and maintain positive relationships with customer, insurers and external stakeholders
Talking confidently and passionately about products and services
Dealing with various queries in a timely and professional manner
Assist and carry out insurance administration.
Key Requirements:
Passionate about providing a high standard of customer service
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
A great team player with strong communication skills
Having a positive and proactive approach
