A supply company based in Pershore are looking for a confident self-starter, with a positive can do attitude, to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator; liaising with internal and external customers, to ensure smooth delivery of equipment servicing and planned maintenance, on-time, every time.

Working hours - 37.5, roughly 09:00 - 17:30 (1 hour lunch)

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:

Processing customer call-out requests

Creating and coordinating site access permits

Coordinating engineer and sub-contractor jobs

Processing engineer job sheets

Ordering spare parts and coordinating delivery

Service repair quotations and billing

Managing engineer schedule

Working in a busy telephone-based environment; answering calls and responding to emails

Working with complex information

Administrative experience gained in a fast-paced environment

ERP Systems (Ideally HANSA)

Responding to customer queries (email/phone)

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be required to have:

Desirable previous experience with ERP Systems (Ideally HANSA), Order processing, CRM Systems, Customer Service and/or Call Centre

Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines

Excellent literacy and numeracy

Experienced Microsoft Office Suite user

Excellent telephone manner

Confident and articulate communicator

Attention to detail

Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends within the on-call rota

Additional duties when required

Here is an overview of the benefits:

Overtime payable at standard rate Monday - Friday, 1.5 on Saturday and double time on Sunday and Bank Holidays

24 days annual leave + 8 PH (taken as they come, unless they are working overtime)

Employee of the month bonus £100

Annual salary bonus 2.5% (dependant on company meeting its objectives)

On-call rota - earn an additional £100 plus overtime (full 7 days period, 24 hours. Take a phone and laptop home and answer queries outside office hours, plus cover the office on a Saturday)

The role of Customer Service Coordinator is on a permanent basis being paid £10 per hour.
