Our client based on Hook are looking for a customer service representative on a 12 month contract. Hybrid working, Monday - Friday. Paying £22-24,000. SAP required.
Track and resolve customer cases through service now
Drive internal discipline to respond and resolve customer cases raised through service desk
Raise quotes for customer spares
Raise customer change requests
Hold weekly internal calls to drive customer case's to closure
Attend customer calls on an operational level where necessary
To help support customer service manager to pull data from service now and SAP in line with our KPI's
Monitor customer satisfaction survey and follow up with customers to complete
