The Client

Our client; a market leading business in their industry are experiencing a period of growth and are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their team to assist with regular communications to clients and customers regarding products and progress of projects.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor your duties and responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • First point of contact for clients, customers or potential partners
  • Provide technical product guidance
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide information regarding prodcuts and services
  • Ensuring that all correspondence is in a professional manner and keeping in line with business values
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of information
  • Keep all administrative data up to date on the company's online system

The Candidate

  • Experience based within a support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • IT profficient (Outlook, MS Office - particularly Excel)
  • Customer focussed approach
  • Industry knowledge (desirable)

The Package

  • Salary: £20,000- £25,000pa DOE
  • Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
