Customer Service RepresentativeYolk Recruitment are excited to be closely working with a world leading international finance company to find an energetic and motivated customer service representative to join their team in Cardiff. They are specialist and niche in their sector, they support clients and customers with their financial needs in the UK who can be based worldwide they currently work with over 60 specialist lenders. This is what you ll be doing:This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer service representative to join an energetic and busy company based on the outskirts of Cardiff. This role is critical as you will be the first point of contact for enquiries, you will validate these and work closely with the brokers to ensure needs are met. Full training will be provided. You will:
  • Respond to all client queries via telephone, email, and online chat through website. This will be done in an efficient and timely manner
  • You will call customers who have enquired about their specialist service and use active listening skills.
  • Being the first point of contact which requires supporting with incoming calls.
  • You will build relationships with clients and ensure they have an excellent customer journey
  • You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of accurate records
  • You will communicate effectively with brokers and other internal staff.
  • Follow up with enquiries and working closely with the adviser team.
The experience you ll bring to the teamAs a friendly customer service representative, you ll need to have experience working in a customer service environment, alongside being:
  • Driven and motivated to provide top quality customer service, putting customers first
  • Positive attitude with a high energy level; ability to multitask
  • Friendly and supportive to drive success by working closely customers and the team
  • Excellent communication and IT skills; be thorough with tasks
  • Sales experience would be desirable but full training will be provided
And this is what you ll get in returnAs a customer service representative, you will receive a salary between £28,000-£30,000 a year depending on experience, alongside these other amazing benefits:
