To that end, we are seeking the very best candidates to help educate our customers and drive our business forward!

About the Role

Working from our Doncaster or Portsmouth offices & as part of a dynamic team, as a Virtual Whole Home Assessor, your role will be to advise and support our customers in making sustainable choices for their homes and the environment, using the latest video technology.

This exciting role is essential in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience and an effortless start to their journey in making sustainable choices.

Main responsibilities Virtual Whole Home Assessor:

  • Take responsibility for turning prospects in to customers by informing them and providing support to make the right choice for the customer and their home.
  • Making and taking video calls, phone calls, e mails, texts and WhatsApp s to specify, inform and advise the customer on the best solution, as well as addressing any questions and queries they may have
  • Passionate about providing your customers with the best service and advice is paramount
  • Accurately capturing and logging key information after every customer contact is imperative, so a great attention to detail is essential
  • Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPI s to ensure you are working in line with individual targets - we want you to celebrate your achievements!
  • You will need structure and the ability to follow Policies and Sales procedures
  • Selling Compliantly and to regulatory standards is essential

Having a detailed knowledge of the products, processes and building fabric will be required, therefore training and support will be given in this area, as long as you have, and can bring, the passion and drive for self development and providing the best possible Customer Experience for our customers.

As a customer facing business, we need to be accessible & flexible to our customer, as such there will be a shift and rota system to include 8pm working and some Saturdays
