We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to work for a large international company based in Telford.The main duties will be:
  • Deliver first-class customer service
  • Schedule appointments for Warranty call outs
  • Schedule appointments for Commissioning, Assembly and Repairs
  • Raise Orders and Invoice reconciliation
  • Ensuring all telephone calls are answered within a set time frame, dealing with telephone requests from our network of customers
  • Internally transfer calls to provide a great level of service and seamless experience for the customer
  • Respond to written enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Be an enthusiastic advocate for our products and brand, using product knowledge to build relationships that enhance customer experience and loyalty
  • Support the Customer Service Supervisor with any other administrative duties, as required in the context of the role
The successful candidate will have the following skill:
  • Experience working in an environment where customer service is paramount
  • A proactive approach to building relationship internally & externally
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manor
  • A self-starter and disciplined lone worker yet able to work well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and promoting excellent team spirit
  • Confident in dealing with telephone and email queries
  • A natural listener and problem solver who is both empathetic and patient
  • Able to remain calm when dealing with emotional, difficult or distressed customers
  • Quick and accurate keyboard skills and experience of using databases
  • IT literate in a range of Microsoft and Google applications
We are currently still hybrid working 50/50. This will be upon successful completion of probationary period (6 months), possibly sooner but this depends on how the new employee gets on. This arrangement may change in the future however i predict that we will continue with some home working just possibly 70/30 or similar.Salary: £20,500paBenefits: Annual bonus based on company performance, private healthcare (via Aviva and Bupa), death in service benefit, income protect/disability insurance, Travel Insurance, 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays)
