As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints via Zendesk in accordance with company guidelines. You will take an empathetic approach, listening the details of the customer's concerns, investigating, and reaching a resolution for the customer.

Location: Folkestone. Initially full time in the office then 2 days in the office. 3 working from home once fully competent.
Temporary: Fixed Term Contract to the end of May/June 2023
Salary: £24,195 Rising to £24.880 in October
