General Purpose:

Reports to: Area Manager, Operations Manager

Responsible for: All staff within the set budgeted headcount (this can include but is not limited to): Assistant Manager, Senior Consultant, Business Development Exec, Business Development Consultant, Account Manager, Resource Management Specialist, Branch Administrators.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Deliver personal sales target (salary linked) via telephone and face to face selling
- BDC and anyone responsible for with a sales targets
- Drive sales initiatives and strategies to diversify approaches and maximize sales opportunities
- Head the effort to generate new leads
- Manage the canvass to be live and relevant
- Compliant to Encore sales process including legal and ethical compliance

- Motivate Inspire and lead your team
- Deliver performance improvement of individuals via formal and informal training
- Maintain discipline in branch
- Monitor staff performance via regular formal appraisals, target reviews, staff welfare meetings (121 s)
- Retain your teams in line with budgeted headcount

- Ensure branch opening hours and out of hours are covered to support our client s needs
- Manage staff within HR guidelines at all times

- Be known by all user clients through constant contact and rapport building
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Deliver all pre agreed performance indicators with clients (Fulfilment, attrition, hours etc.)
- Present MI (Management Information) at pre-agreed intervals
- Ensure all resource is planned to deliver customers expectations
- Ensure recruitment process is in place to attract and maintain a candidate pool
- Uphold interview and take on quality of candidates
- Face to face and telephone contact with customers weekly
- Oversee promptly invoice and pay queries

- Responsible for Profit and Loss management
- Be able to interpret management information and use effectively
- Plan the branch activity and set objectives for the week
- Deliver monthly reports on your business at the Operations Meeting
- Chair branch Meetings daily
- Comply to all legal areas
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP s) and safe systems of work
- Be an expert on our CRM system
- Uphold branch security, office maintenance and safety

How Performance is Measured:

Annual appraisal and bi monthly formal reviews
Division Profit and Loss (Monthly Accounts)
Division budget delivery (Weekly Margin Report)Disposition:
