Dock Team Lead

• Receive all incoming packages, deliveries, and transfer orders.

• Assist contractors and vendors with deliveries.

• Control traffic to and from the office dock areas.

• Responsible for scheduling and coverage of dock personnel.

• Provide weekly reports and update communications as assigned.

• Coordinate daily functions with Mail Team Leads.

• Ensure deliveries to assigned building areas.

• Daily supervision of Dock Coordinators across two buildings.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Previous supervision experience in a warehouse / receiving / mail environment.

• A valid driver's license and good driving record.

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Office.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
