Our client, a fast growing company based in Cambridge are currently looking to recruit Domestic Gas Engineers to join their expanding team.
As a Domestic Gas Engineer, you will be required to carry out maintenance, servicing, breakdowns and small installations and repairs on a variety of contracts such as Landlords Properties and Letting Agencies, Private properties and some commercial premises.
As a Domestic Gas Engineer, you will be required to:
- Carry out service and breakdowns and some general plumbing duties.
- Planned and reactive maintenance.
- Complete installations.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Carrying out minor remedial works.
The Domestic Gas Engineer will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Relevant Domestic Gas qualifications - CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, DAH1, WAT1, CPA1
- Previous experience of a similar role working for a maintenance contractor.
- Installation experience would be a bonus.
- Ability to work unsupervised and independently.
- Full Driving Licence is essential.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and smartly in Domestic properties.
