They have developed fantastic, long term business relationships with global organisations, proving to them an excellent recruitment service that has created strong business relationships over many years.THE ROLEIn order to coordinate the recruitment into their business of Dutch speaking Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Resourcer's, they wish to recruit a Dutch speaking Recruitment Coordinator. Your job will typically cover the following duties and responsibilities:
- Please job advertisements on Dutch language job platforms (LinkedIn etc) for sourcing and selecting candidates
- Screening and pre-interviewing candidates before the interview selection process.
- Negotiating and coordinating employment offers and contract etc with candidates
CANDIDATE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent Dutch, as well as English is essential
- Have strong, confident communication and inter personal skills - this is a people business!
- Ideally have previous experience in customer services or sales or sales support
- Well organised with good initiative and organisation skills
