EA to Global Chief Economic Advisor
22 month - temporary role
- Provide administrative support to the Global Chief Economic Advisor in a professional, responsible and timely manner, including managing their inbox, tracking actions, prioritising enquiries and following up where required.
- Book national and international travel and accommodation as required.
- Deal with numerous ad hoc internal analyst requests to include, but not limited to, document scanning, photocopying, arranging and collecting printing, arranging couriers, ordering business cards etc.
- Arranging of group webcasts with clients
- Assist with organising the EMEA Macro Research team events
- Support project delivery by collating, coordinating and printing information and meeting papers when required.
- Manage the Global Chief Economic Advisor complex and fluid diary, show confidence in handling diary clashes and conflicts, and exercise sound judgement in prioritising appointments.
- Plan and arrange meetings, implement and monitor completion of follow-up actions and 'prompt' for timely completion as appropriate.
Key experience needed:
- 5+ years of experience in a previous EA role, preferably within a financial services entity or other blue chip environment
- Experience of working with a large team
- Sound knowledge of all Office applications - Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- A fantastic can-do attitude and commitment to deliver the best service to clients
- A calm, cheerful, but professional and resilient attitude, with the ability to problem solve
