Temporary Administrator to work as a Facilities Co-ordinator managing property repairs & inspections. Your new companyThis diverse and complex business operate across the UK and are looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to manage the day-to-day queries regarding repairs and general maintenance of their properties. This will be an on-going temporary assignment based in Diss.Your new roleIn this temporary admin / facilities job you will be part of the team dealing with maintenance calls and liaising with contractors with regarding actioning urgent repairs etc. This will involve contacting the Office Managers of their cluster of offices to arrange these on-site inspections as well as updating progress reports.What you'll need to succeedIdeally you will have Facilities management experience and an understanding of IOSH qualified or least proven administration and organisational skills in a fast-pace business support role or experience of working in housing / property maintenance.
