Finance Assistant, Permanent Job, £25,000 - £35,000, Royston, Hertfordshire Your new companyWe are working with a highly successful manufacturing company based in Royston. They have an immediate requirement for a Finance Assistant to join their finance team.Your new roleYou will be reporting into the Finance Manager and as part of a small finance team, your role will involve monitoring, processing and reconciling the purchase and sales ledgers, liaising with clients as part of the credit control process and being involved with payroll, expenses and payment runs. The is also the opportunity to work alongside the finance manager on month end/year end reporting.What you'll need to succeedYou will be experienced in working within a fast paced accounts assistant role with excellent numerical ability and a key attention to detail. Systems wise you will be strong in both Sage and Excel and will have utilised both within a professional capacity. Being AAT qualified or ACCA/CIMA qualified would be desirable but not a necessity.What you'll get in returnMy client is offering £25,000 - £35,000 plus benefits depending on experience with the ability to work from home 2/3 days a week.
