Finance Business Partner Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join our client based in Windsor. The successful Finance Business Partner will be responsible for:
- Conducting detailed financial analysis, modelling and preparing project documentation
- Supporting the Head of Finance with management information and projects
- Preparing documents to communicate findings of analysis and modelling you have conducted, to non-finance staff
- Helping with improving the finance education journey for non-finance staff
- Supporting the Management Accounts process (Budgets, Forecasts, Business Plans, analysis, reconciliations)
- Being an enthusiastic, authentic ambassador for the company
The Finance Business Partner will have:
- Experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar role
- Financial accounting or analysis qualification
- Good analysis, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent MS skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work proactively within a hybrid working environment
