French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

The Recruitment Co are excited to be working with a consultancy in the North East, with their requirement for 2x French speaking Customer Service Advisors.

To be considered for this role you MUST have the ability to speak and write in the French language to a native level.

You must also have previous experience within a Customer Service environment and experience of Microsoft Office.

The Role

The main duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling inbound calls from consumers and distributors
  • Addressing customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing quality advice and information
  • Resolving queries and keeping customers updated on the status of their enquiry
  • Processing inbound promotional claims accurately and efficiently
  • Making effective use of down time by assisting colleagues with other tasks
  • Setting an example to the team with a positive and professional attitude, delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Fulfilling any other ad-hoc duties
