As a French speaking customer service advisor you will be the first point of contact for all queries and complaints to our client.

Client Details

Well established business based in Newhaven looking for a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor


The key responsibilities of a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor are;

  • Responding quickly and positively to customer enquiries, by telephone or email, always following up and exceeding customer expectations
  • Processing customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently:
    • Liaising with the customer to confirm availability, pricing, shipping details etc to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded
    • Collaborating internally with other departments regarding credit, stock, production lead times, shipping
  • Taking credit card payments
  • Calculating freight costs
  • Promptly communicating any changes to orders, both internally and externally: keeping customers fully updated with the progress of their orders.
  • Working closely with our UK and International Business Development Managers to help to win new business, grow existing business and maximise profitability
  • Updating Sales Force CRM system with customer communications and information.
  • Ensuring correct pricing information and customer details are logged on Syspro ERP system.
  • Covering main reception desk if required
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties
