Position: Garage Assistant
Location: Leeds
Salary: £24000 to £25800
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 37.5 8: am to 17:00
Type of role: permanent
We are now seeking to recruit a Garage Assistance for a growing fleet customer based in Leeds. This is fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest fleet maintenance businesses in UK. The ideal candidate would ideally have some mechanical skills or willing to be trained to carry out refitting wipers, bulbs, and mirrors.
Responsibilities of garage assistant:
Completing facility maintenance jobs to help the other Technicians, garage manager and service controller.
Upkeep of the workshop, ensuring that it is a clean, tidy and safe working environment at all times
Sweeping and cleaning the workshop floor, general yard duties keeping it tidy
You will need to hold a Full UK licence for this role, so you are able to collect and drop off vehicle parts or customer s vehicles.
Requirements:
Ideally some mechanical knowledge or interest in mechanics
Driving license
Ability to work as a part of the team
