Interviewing immediatelyThe school is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who is willing to commit to a role in which they will be expected to help challenging students overcome their behavioural issues. If you have the ability to think on your feet and stay calm whilst under pressure or dealing with challenging situations, then a Behaviour Mentor role could be the ideal one for you.

The ideal candidate will have recently graduated from university and is now looking towards a career within education, either as a teacher or education psychologist. We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor who has attained a minimum 2:1 degree classification in a core subject or psychology or education-based course.

The successful candidate for this Graduate Behaviour Mentor position will ideally have some previous experience supporting young children in a school-based setting or with individuals with challenging behaviour problems. Pupils at this school come from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds, some may have social and emotional difficulties or special educational needs.

If you are an individual who has a passion for education and helping young children through school and dealing with challenging situations, then this is the role for you. You will be fully supported by a devoted senior leadership team who will guide you through your role and deal with any issues you may come across.
