- Position: HR Administrator
- Pay: £11.50 to £13.50
- Location: Brighton
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- Duration: Fixed Term Contract
Our client is based in Brighton are seeking an experienced HR administrator to join their growing team. Ideally you will have some HR experience or some relevant experience within recruitment and administration.
- Organising and distributing all employee paperwork in relation to starters, leavers and changes to terms and conditions of employment
- Assisting in the production and editing of documents to accessible formats
- Acting as a HR notetaker at formal meetings and interviews
- Manage all filing, archiving, photocopying, shredding and maintenance of employee records
- First point of contact for all HR queries
- Production of complex confidential letters, documents, agendas and supporting papers
