I am supporting a Poole based organisation with a new/additional HR Advisor vacancy.
The role is aimed at bringing a first class service to managers in all aspects of employment legislation and HR best practice, you will be involved with moving the department forward in line with business growth and continue to improve the organisations reputation as a progressive employer.
Main duties
To provide quality support and guidance to managers on employment legislation and HR best practice
Actively promote a culture of good HR by maintaining good visibility and relationship building with department managers
Work and support on ER related case work
General HR duties
You will be looking for a progressive HR role , ideally CIPD qualified, or working towards this , together with strong IT skills and high level of attention to detail
Driving licence and own vehicle is required
