This role sits within a fantastic HR team and they are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who has experience taking ownership of talent acquisition/recruitment and has either completed their Level 3 CIPD or has started their Level 5 CIPD. You will be responsible for providing 360 employment lifecycle support. Key responsibilities include: Design and execute people policies and plans Employee engagement; identify and execute engagement activities, including post-employment. Talent Management devising talent mapping system, holding regular updates with leaders to place talent and support this with annual performance management. Working closely with Learning and Development to create learning opportunities that develops and retains talent. Benefits assist deliver benefit products and to ensure that teams know about their benefits. Talent Acquisition recruit top talent into the business by devising fresh talent acquisition activities, purposeful recruitment and first-class onboarding experiences by collaborating with relevant departments. General advice provided to the team, being a first point of contract for HR queries. ER advice supporting line managers in all matters of employee relations, this will involve note taking, case management including; maternity, paternity and parental leave, absence and flexible working as well as manage and support with work capability, disciplinary and grievance cases. Payroll Ensuring accurate data is collated and provided on a monthly basis to ensure the Payroll team have all the information needed. Learning and Development support across the team by managing the coordination of learning and development activities, as identified by the Learning strategy. HRIS admin Analyse data, employee touchpoints, organisational priorities to identify trends and opportunities. Administration processing starters, leavers, probations, changes to terms and conditions, benefit documents, references, DBS checks, updating HRIS, payroll and preparing all relevant paperwork.
