We are currently looking for a HR Systems and Project Officer. This person will be our HR Systems and project guru providing the expertise to help the department understand the data that they are looking at as well as automating process through better system usage.
This is primarly a systems role the HR team. As such you may not necessarily have the HR experience but you will be an intermediate Excel user adept at pivot tables, have the ability to solve problems using the system and provide a unique way of thinking for the team.
You will be the human interface for HR Systems and projects driving insights and data analysis to help the team make the most cost effective decisions for the provision of HR services. Part of this role will be managing and maintaining data structures, work flows and organisational designs using the network of systems that the HR team use.
The organisation is going through transformation and HR is central to this transformation and you will be improving and developing the HR systems to help support this transformation.
We are currently working a hybrid solution within the office with two days from home and three days in the office.
So who are we looking for?
- IT literate and an good level of knowledge within Excel which includes pivot tables and ideally some exposure to VBA
- Previous experience of developing and implementing systems training for users
- Experience of HR systems and project methodology
- A strong understanding of system data analysis
- Ability to carry out research and interpreting results, making recommendations and highlighting key trends
