Are you able to work towards a start date of 15th August?If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client s office in the City Centre of Liverpool, you will be expected to assist customers over telephone, email, chat and social media offering a high standard of customer service and providing resolutions at first point of contact. Training for this role is 2 weeks and requires no holidays to be taken during that time Benefits for this role include: A salary of £22,100 per annum on a permanent, full time basis. 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 No Weekends 25 days holidays per year (Holidays run January - December) Automatic enrolment to pension scheme Full classroom trainer led training provided Great location for all types of transport i.e Train, Car, Bus Full equipment provided to support hybrid working Company benefits scheme.Day to day duties will be: Handling all customer interaction in a prompt, friendly, personalised and professional manner resolving queries Right First Time. Booking appointments and responding to customer requirements As a blended agent, interact with the customer across all channels Providing a high-touch experience for customers each and every time Advising customers on the best services available Providing a value-add service that enhances the customer experience and builds our brands and service reputation Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data Identify and highlight any service-related issues, incidents or trends Delivering and maintaining both individual and team targets To apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience: At least 1-2 years experience in a customer service orientated role within a contact or call centre / office environment. Worked towards specific KPI and call related targets in previous roles.
