Internal International Sales Executive
We are currently working with a local manufacturer recruiting for an efficient but enthusiastic French speaking Internal sales Executive. You ll be part of a small, family feel team that will be promptly and efficiently turning customer s enquiries into orders, in a professional and considerate manner.
You will be joining the team on a permanent / Full time basis, based in a lovely office just outside their Birmingham office. The role will be working in a hybrid model, that being 1 or 2 days in the office then the remainder of time at home.
What you ll be doing:
- Handling customer enquiries via email and telephone and occasionally face to face. Provide customer quotations and product information with the aim of closing a sale
- To provide support to the Commercial Manager and within the sales department as required
- Ensure that sales enquiries and orders are processed accurately and efficiently within an acceptable timeframe
- Maintain good housekeeping of files and paperwork systems and provide up-to date records of customers requirements
What we are looking for:
- Professional/helpful attitude towards customers and all internal personnel.
- Essential for being Fluent in both French and English
- Enthusiastic & sales focussed.
- Strong negotiation skills to positively influence internal and external customers and help overcome barriers to sales and service.
- Proven customer management skills being able to demonstrate full ownership of resolving issues and enquiries
- Adaptable, flexible, committed and reliable
Job offer:
- Salary: £22,000 per annum (£10,000 bonus per annum which is paid quarterly)
- 25 days holiday a year?with the ability to flex up to 5 days?
- 8:30am - 5:30am with an hour lunch, but can reduce to change working hours
- Auto-enrolment in our pension scheme, 4% employee,?5% employer contributions
