Due to significant growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an IT and Disaster Recovery Continuity Lead to join us on a permanent basis. The role will be based at our Manchester office combined with home working.
Within this role you will be responsible for the planning, execution, reporting and oversight of all aspects of the Arrow Operational Resilience posture through Technology and Continuity alignments to the Business and Regulatory requirements and Risk appetite.

What will you be doing?
Develop, maintain, write and publish testing activities for IT business resumption plans including recovery action testing and validation against each IBS (Important Business System)
Ensure Continuity is embedded at all elements of Change (PMO led broader change and small change level). Ensure that at all new changes against supporting systems are documented, detailed and aligned to the IBS risk statements they support
Align with and compliment the IT security incident process with the Crisis Management process.
Complete testing plans, scenarios and execute scheduled testing plans
Complete all IT IBS driven annual attestations, and track reporting against all non IT IBS s attestations
Own and drive all relevant backlogs to drive improvements to both the Primed solution, all supporting technologies both proactively and reactively following testing
Maintain crisis management framework, ensuring all component parts are current, correct and aligned to regulatory and AGG requirements. Ensuring testing - tabletop and manual execution - is carried out to ensure validity and effectiveness of the plan on at least an annual basis
Is this you?
Track record of designing and delivering continuity solutions with financial services in line with specific reference to alignment to the various regulated standards requirements
Solid experience in preparing and structuring detailed live Management Information around demonstration to C suite and Executives, as well as positioning reporting for external consumption
Transformation / engagement on modern continuity principles and delivery
Experience of successfully engaging management and groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
Able to demonstrate strong management skills including project management, financial management, change management and facilitation
Desirable: strong experience within financial industry, familiarity with relevant standards and regulations e.g., PCI DSS, FCA, Sys C, GDPR
Experience and understanding of ITIL and continual service improvement
BSI aligned accreditation would be desirable
Experience of assessing against and aligning to ISO 22301
