IT Change & Transition Manager

Location: Swindon

Salary: c.50K basic salary

Core purpose of the role is to take responsibility for ensuring that Change Policy, Process and Procedure is followed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Running Technical Assessment meeting and the CAB.

Monitor change process effectiveness and efficiency by producing management reports and analysis.

Follow up on on any change related operational risks, looking at lessons learnt to improve the change process.

Maintain service catalogue, making sure that each key area is evaluated, authorised and added to service catalogue.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience implementing Service Transition processes based on best practice.

ITIL Foundation V3 is preferred.

In-depth knowledge of service management

Understanding of IT Support and how new services environment, preferable.
