Lead Microsoft 365 / SharePoint adoption and technical efforts.
Stay current of all things Microsoft 365 / SharePoint, including changes, updates, roadmap, releases and third-party solutions.
Manage the operational health of the Microsoft 365 / SharePoint environment, including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability.
Review, mentor and coach team members.
Manage evangelization and driving adoption with end-users.
Manage service integration with active directory.
Ensure collaboration space is aligned with current and future business requirements.
Develop, execute and maintain long-term capacity plans.
Oversee the design, implementation and testing of business continuity solutions (disaster recovery / high availability).
Build and maintain vendor relationships to track and recommend software renewals.
Define processes and procedures to update and patch equipment and software.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of experience managing people and technology.
Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills.
Experience with Azure functions using .Net core, M365 power stack, Azure service bus and data gateway.
Strong customer service focus and experience working with end-users.
Available for travel to Uline's domestic and international branches.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Enterprise systems.
Ability to work in both strategic and operational environments.
