This public sector client is looking for an experienced IT Service Manager for an initial 6 months contract, mostly remote. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must have a British passport and an active SC from day one.
The ideal candidate will be someone who:
Can drop into the existing service management operation and hit the ground running
Is flexible and broadly deployable, confident with technical disciplines and has a successful track record of leadership
Has the ability and confidence to take ownership and is able to pick up some of the technical pieces as required
Is ITIL V3 or V4 qualified (ITSM would be beneficial too)
Has hands-on experience with Service Now or Service Anywhere
Has previous experience in an Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management or CI/CD Management (desirable).Apply now
